SHIPPING POLICY

01 — Overview
The Black Edition Pty Ltd ships orders to addresses within Australia only. We are committed to processing and dispatching orders promptly and will communicate clearly on all shipping matters.
02 — Order Processing
- Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Western Australian public holidays)
- Orders placed before 12:00pm AWST will generally be processed the same business day
- Orders placed after 12:00pm AWST or on weekends and public holidays will be processed the following business day
- You will receive an order confirmation email upon successful placement of your order
- You will receive a dispatch notification with tracking information once your order has been shipped
03 — Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all states and territories within Australia:
- New South Wales
- Victoria
- Queensland
- South Australia
- Western Australia
- Tasmania
- Northern Territory
- Australian Capital Territory
We do not currently ship internationally. This may be reviewed in the future.
04 — Shipping Timeframes
Estimated delivery timeframes from date of dispatch are as follows:
- Western Australia — 2 to 5 business days
- Eastern States (NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, ACT) — 5 to 10 business days
- Tasmania and Northern Territory — 7 to 12 business days
- These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Timeframes may be affected by carrier delays, remote locations, weather events or peak periods including public holidays.
05 — Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions and delivery location.
- Complimentary shipping is available on orders over $100 AUD
- Shipping costs for orders under $100 AUD will be displayed clearly at checkout before payment is confirmed
- All shipping costs are inclusive of GST where applicable
06 — Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor the progress of your delivery through the relevant carrier's website.
If you have not received your tracking information within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@theblackedition.com.au.
07 — Delivery
- Delivery will be made to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your address is accurate and complete before confirming your order
- We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect address being provided
- If no one is available to receive the delivery, the carrier may leave the parcel in a safe location or leave a card for collection or redelivery at their discretion
- Risk of loss passes to you upon dispatch of your order
08 — Damaged or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible:

Please include your order number and, where applicable, photographs of any damaged goods. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the matter promptly.
If goods are confirmed lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and the Australian Consumer Law.
09 — Changes to Your Order
Once an order has been dispatched we are unable to modify the delivery address or cancel the order. If you need to make changes prior to dispatch, please contact us immediately at info@theblackedition.com.au and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
